The service from you before we went was very good. You were very helpful
and quick to respond to our questions and requests.

All of our transfers were on time. They were particularly helpful and
spoke better English when we were in Buenos Aires, giving us information
and help checking into internal flights.

We were very happy with all three hotels which were all in very good
locations.

The excursions were also great and well organised. We very much enjoyed
not having to worry about where to go and who to go with etc.

I would definitely book with infinity tours in the future and will
recommend to family and friends.

We had a fabulous room in the Regente in Rio, overlooking the Copacabana. Good job too because we spent quite a bit of time there waiting for our daughter Rachel and her friend Rosie who was delayed in Chile.
The mellow yellow hostel you arranged for her and her friend were a hit too, great location, free cocktails and boat trip, breakfast included in the price and no rip-offs unlike other travelers we spoke to..
Altogether one of the best holidays ever, we’ve seen so may places we’ll never forget.
I’ll definitely recommend your company to all of my friends and would be happy to put a testimonial on your website. I would definitely use Infinity again. It was great organization all round so thank you very much Marina you did a really great job.

Thank you to Infinity Tours for their hard work and expertise in organising a perfect trip. Hotel choices, guides, tours, transfers, flights- everything was fantastic and very seamless. The attention to detail was exceptional with Infinity choosing the best tours, excursions and planning a great bespoke itinerary.

I am already planning my next trip to explore the glaciers, mountains and
deserts- and will definitely be using Infinity again.

Costa Rica is an amazing country, beautiful, safe and lots of activities. Tierra Verde were very good with all the arrangements. The transfers were all on time and activities all well organised.

Don Carlos is a really good hotel in San Jose and I would recommend it to anyone……..all the other hotels were also very good, my favourite were Lomas del Volcan and Hacienda Guachiepelin.

The only small disappointment was Tamarindo Diria as the room was not the Tropical Garden room that I had booked but a poolside so I did have a fair amount of screaming kids. The room itself was great but the atmosphere was too busy and crowded. I realised it was not really my type of hotel being that much bigger and full of loud American tourists. However I did not let this spoil my holiday and still had a wonderful time in Tamarindo.

So thanks again for planning such a good holiday for me.

The first was to Rio for the Carnival. This was fantastic hghly recommended, could not fault them was extremely well organised and the staff in Rio were extremely helpful organising my excursions and really going out their way to help. Equally even at the booking stage staff were excellent and allowed me to really select everything I wanted to do and organise it all.

I had a fantastic time and the best holiday I have ever had in a truly amazing place. I enjoyed the holiday so much I actually booked a return to S.America.

This time I went to Peru and toured around and then went to Colombia and on to Miami and home. This goliday involved a lot of travelling around as I wanted to see as much as i possibly could in a short time. The network of people to help me and move me around was exceptionally well organised. My holiday was pretty bespoke and Inifinity allowed me to do everything i wanted. When I got there I had even in some of the most remote places I had ever visited, people waiting at bus stops etc with the infinity board with my name clearly shown. This was very reassuring and everybody was really helpful.

This holiday equalled my previous lifetime best and I would return to S.America in a heartbeat and hope to soon booking holiday number 3.

Buenos Aires – Palermo was a great area to stay in and thought the hotel was good. Free wifi, pretty good continental breakfast etc.

Iguazu – Cataratas was a lovely hotel, great views and lovely pool. A little steep in terms of prices but it has a monopoly. The falls themselves are amazing, a bit of faffing to go back and forth across the border to visit the argentinian side from brazil etc. We managed fine but some might have found it a little taxing.

Pantanal – Fantastic place, great wilderness and peaceful. Embiarra was brilliant. Couldn’t rate it highly enough. It is not like a big African safari lodge, but that’s the appeal. Intimate nature experiences, great food and hospitality and relaxation. Can’t speak highly enough of Stefan who runs the place.

Recife – we stayed just overnight here. Have to say I wasn’t keen on the place and the hotel won’t live long in the memory – but it did the job I guess.

Fernando – simply beautiful. Tremendous beaches, driving round in buggies is a must, dive school and diving were first class. The pousada was lovely, service was absolutely first class (all the honeymoon touches etc). Really helpful people.

Rio – Good location and sea view is a must. Hotel was pretty good and would stay there again. We avoided all the package deals and made our own way around with taxis no problem. Saw all the main sights and managed to fit in a cooking lesson. Great city.

The trip went great and everyone enjoyed the time out there. Your friend was very helpful and booked us two tables in one of the best clubs out there. Two weeks later Black eyed peas had their after party at the same club so it must have been top notch.
